Automatic airless dry cleaning machine.
The four rotor blades rotate at 2800 rpm, directing the abrasive medium upwards at high speed through the steel, heavy-duty drum, so that it hits the components being cleaned as they gently rotate in front of the blasting stream. This action ensures that all exposed surfaces of the component are cleaned evenly.
Dust and contaminants are removed from the system throughout the blast cleaning cycle by a built-in dust extractor that provides 16 air changes per minute, ensuring dust-free components

They are ideally suited to cleaning components that can be blasted with steel shot to remove rust, scale and paint, such as those used in the remanufacturing industry.

A prime example is automotive components, particularly in the remanufacturing of alternators, brake shoes and turbochargers.
