HÖCHSTE LEISTUNGSFÄHIGKEIT
Die 2 Betriebsweisen (halbautomatisch und automatisch) ermöglichen das
effiziente Schneiden unter allen Bedingungen.
Die Steuerung ermöglicht es, bis zu 100 Schneidprogramme mit jeweils
unterschiedlichen Mengen und Längen abzuspeichern und minimiert die
Programmierzeit bei häufig ausgeführten Aufträgen.
Die automatisch erfasste Startposition des Sägekopfes verringert die
Einstellzeit.
Der Vorschub des Sägekopfes über mit hydraulischen Zylindern angetriebene
Linearführungen mit vorgespannten Kugelumlauflagern gewährleistet die
Verringerung der mechanischen Schwingungen beim Schneiden und eine höhere
Stabilität.
Die automatische Ausrichtung des vorderen Sägeblattführungskopfs abhängig von
den Abmessungen der zu schneidenden Stangen verringert die Verarbeitungszeit.
Die Sägeblattspannung erfolgt über den bürstenlosen Motor und wird ständig
kontrolliert und automatisch an den eingestellten Mindestwert angepasst.
