Service Process
1. Pre-sales Service
Accommodation & Pickup: We will book a comfortable hotel for you and arrange airport pickup.
Machine Inspection & Introduction: We will introduce the product models and performance, conduct on-site trial runs. After mutual satisfaction, we will negotiate and confirm the price based on the machine's condition, sign the sales contract, and arrange delivery after consultation.
Site Visit: We will take you to visit Anyang.
2. After-sales Service
Warranty & Support: We ensure that the machines can operate normally for more than 6 years with proper maintenance. We also provide support for consumable spare parts after you receive the machinery.
3. Payment Terms
Price: Transferable
Location: Anyang, China
Payment: 30% T/T in advance, balance paid upon loading of the machine.
Documents: The Bill of Lading (BL) will be sent to you within 7 days after the vessel's departure.
4. Transportation & Delivery

Container: The cheapest and fastest option.
Bulk Carrier: Higher cost than containers, no disassembly required.
Flat Deck Vessel: Higher cost than containers, no disassembly required.
